From 1981 through 1988, Royd Buchele gained significant selling experience, paying his way through Eastern Michigan University by selling TV's & Stereos for Big George's Home Appliance Mart in Ann Arbor, MI.

He graduated "cum laude" with a Bachelors in Business Administration Degree in 1987 at Eastern Michigan University majoring in Strategic Management. There he was President of the Dean's board where he assisted with the re-accreditation of the Business School.

He joined Midwest Management Systems (a franchise of Leadership Management, Inc.) in Toledo, OH in 1988 where he excelled as a facilitator and salesperson gaining over 50 clients in less than two years. He then became owner of Midwest Management Systems - Lenawee County in Tecumseh, MI. Over the past 12 years he and his associates have worked with over 300 companies.

From Sept. 1999 until present, Mr. Scrivo has been Client Manager for Midwest Management Systems based in Tecumseh, MI. In January 2004, he became Senior Vice President of MCN with responsibility for setting up the present franchising operation based on the business model and working experience of Midwest Management Systems.

Jerry's expertise is in helping businesses set and achieve their goals. He has 41 years of experience at some of America's largest companies including General Motors, Teledyne, Textron, Firestone and Shell Oil, along with top management experience at several smaller companies.

Jerry has degrees from Michigan Technological University (BSME), and Wayne State University (MBA) where he graduated with honors and was elected a member of the Sigma Iota Epsilon honor fraternity. He is presently a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). He has (7) patents and has been listed in "Who's Who in Technology Today."
Amy Bergman - Associate

Amy brings an array of business experience to the consulting team with 12 years of Human Resource practice in the HR Consulting, Municipal Government and Financial Services industries.  She has a keen understanding of sales, operations, expense management, strategic planning, customer relationship management, marketing, organizational culture change/evolution, succession planning, performance management, recruitment/selection/retention initiatives, compensation and benefits design, employment law and other important influences to the bottom of line of her clients.

Amy has a passion for the betterment of the Michigan economy through the positive growth and longevity of local business.  She has built strong relationships within the Lenawee County community as a relatively new resident, relocating from the Detroit suburbs in 2000.  Amy is an active participant, contributor and leader in these civic and charitable organizations:   Tecumseh Rotary Club (President Elect, past Treasurer), Junior Achievement (instructor), Lenawee United Way (Division Chair); and the professional organizations: Human Resource Association of Southeast Michigan (Board Member); Society for Human Resource Management (Member); Michigan Bankers Association HR Committee (member); Paramount Care of Michigan (Board Member).

With a Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University in Human Resources and various continuing education over the past 12 years, she has the both the book-knowledge and hands-on experience to provide a solid return on investment in her client organizations.
